QuickBooks must be connected. Only Organization Owners and Admins can map teams.
1. Open the team
Go to Teams, then select the team you want to map.
2. Find the QuickBooks Customer card
Scroll on the team page until you see the QuickBooks Customer card. It shows the current mapping (or 'Not mapped').
3. Click Select Customer
A searchable picker opens pulling live customers from QuickBooks. Pick the customer this team bills to.
4. Save
The mapping saves automatically. The team card now shows the linked QuickBooks customer name, and invoice exports from this team post to that customer.
Note
Map every active team before you start exporting so you do not get blocked at invoicing time.
