In the EquipQR app
This workflow runs on the signed-in support page: https://equipqr.app/dashboard/support.
1. Open the Support page
Open Support & tickets from the user menu (top right), or go to /dashboard/support.
2. Expand a ticket
Tickets appear on the Support page below Get Help. Click a ticket to expand it and see the description, session diagnostics, and any team replies.
3. Watch for live updates
When the EquipQR team comments or closes the ticket, the row updates in real time. The status badge (Open / In Progress / Closed) mirrors GitHub.
