1. Open the equipment record

Pick the machine from Equipment, or scan its existing QR code.

2. Open the QR code view

Tap the QR icon in the equipment header. EquipQR renders the QR code full-size so you can print or download it.

When the equipment has Daily Operator Check-In assignments, the QR dialog includes a QR code type dropdown:

  • Equipment scan (authenticated) — opens the signed-in equipment record when a technician scans the code.
  • Daily check-in: {template name} — opens the public operator form for that checklist assignment (no login).

Generate the daily check-in link on the equipment record first if prompted, then return to print. See Daily Operator Check-Ins for template setup, QR placement options (cab sticker, office copy, binder), and ledger exports.

3. Print or download

Use Print for on-demand stickers from a workshop printer, or Download to generate sheets of labels in bulk.

Note

Laminate outdoor stickers or use a weatherproof label stock; the QR still works even when slightly scratched.

4. Attach to the machine

Pick a location that technicians can reach safely without removing panels. Near the operator cab or on an access door works well for most machines.
