1. Open the equipment record
Navigate to the equipment you want to update.
2. Open the Images tab
The Images tab aggregates every photo uploaded via work orders or equipment notes.
3. Pick the best photo
Choose an image that shows the whole machine in good lighting. Avoid close-ups of damage — use those as work order notes instead.
4. Click Set as Display Image
Confirm the selection. The equipment card on the Equipment list and the fleet map now uses this image as its thumbnail.
